The Role
We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. You will play a vital role in empowering independence for adult and senior populations through:
- Meaningful Assessments: Evaluating functional abilities and ADLs in a natural environment to create practical treatment plans.
- Creative Interventions: Using evidence-based techniques to address neurological musculoskeletal and age-related challenges.
- Home Innovation: Identifying and implementing home modifications and adaptive tools to improve safety and accessibility.
- Family Partnership: Acting as a bridge for families providing the education and resources necessary to support their loved ones.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- State Licensure: Valid and current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- The Heart: A genuine desire to work with diverse adult and senior populations.
- The Advantage: Prior experience in home care is a major plus but a can-do attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
