One of the countrys largest Ambulatory Surgery Center platform is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer forCommunity HospitalinOklahoma City OK.

The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience.

Job Summary

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides executive leadership for all nursing and clinical services ensuring the delivery of high-quality safe and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for clinical excellence staffing strategy regulatory compliance and performance improvement across the organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team the CNO partners with physicians administrators and the governing board to advance the hospitals mission strategic goals and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and clinical departments
• Ensure safe effective and compliant patient care through evidence-based nursing practice
• Develop and manage nursing staffing models budgets and resource allocation
• Lead quality patient safety and performance improvement initiatives
• Partner with physicians executive leadership and the governing board on strategy and operations
• Establish and maintain policies procedures and standards of nursing practice
• Oversee talent development performance management and employee engagement
• Integrate current research and best practices into nursing care delivery
• Represent nursing services in medical staff executive and board meetings

Minimum Qualifications (Required)
2 to 5 years experience
