Sr Warehouse Supervisor

What Youll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.

• Leading and training warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.

• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.

• Collaborating with other departments to support overall quarry operations.

What Are We Looking For

• Warehouse and Inventory management experience.

• Mechanically inclined - fixed equipment (crushers conveyors screens pumps) tractors

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Experience and Skills

• Background in aggregates preferred

• Minimum of three years related experience in Warehousing Planning/Scheduling or Project Management.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems including SAP and Microsoft.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing walking and bending.

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
