Licensure : LVN s must have a valid IV certification at the time of submission. MA s must have a certification from an accredited school listed on the DAPIP website ( . Temp RN/LVN licensures not accepted. Valid perm California license must be in hand at time of submission. Time off : RTO must be 7 days or less and not within the first 2 weeks of the assignment.
