VOA Customer Service Rep
Job Summary
Responsible for booking reservations selling upgrades and travel protection collecting on delinquent balances and providing customer service for owners of Vacation Traveler Packages.
As a VOA Customer Service Representative you will:
- Interact with trial owners in a mostly outbound and occasional inbound environment.
- Assist guests in upgrading and buying Vacation Traveler packages.
- Handles the first interaction with Vacation Traveler Owners attempting to resolve delinquency.
- Work with the trial owners ensure customer satisfaction and reduce cancellations.
- Maintains the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) standards and departmental procedures.
- Consistently meet metrics and goals.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Six months to one year of customer service experience is required.
- Call center hospitality or timeshare experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and resolve any challenges that may arise with Owners of Vacation Traveler packages.
- Strong time management skills to remain organized work well under pressure multitask and maintain a patient and courteous tone with Owners.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
