What will you be doing

As a Cook at GYG youll play a key role in delivering fast fresh and authentic Mexican food. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to GYGs recipe and quality standards
• Working across different stations (grill pans and fryers) in a fast-paced environment
• Chopping marinating and preparing fresh ingredients daily
• Ensuring food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Managing stock levels portion control and minimising food waste
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen including cleaning dishes equipment and workstations
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Contributing to a positive energetic and high-performing team culture
