Pattern Maker to Regional Relevance US Market

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Pattern Maker to join our Regional Relevance team at H&M. Our Regional Relevance team ensures our collections truly reflect the needs fit and preferences of customers in key markets around the world. Now were looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to strengthen our focus on the US market bringing both technical excellence and regional fit expertise.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our HQ in Stockholm.  

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Pattern Maker in the Regional Relevance team you play a crucial role in translating design intent into commercially successful garments that meet the expectations of the US customer. You will work closely with designers product developers and key stakeholders to ensure optimal fit size accuracy and quality throughout the product development process from the first sketch to production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create refine and execute products tailored to the US market ensuring alignment with fit standards and customer preferences in an effective and flexible way.
• Collaborate closely with Design Product Development and Production teams to secure design vision fit accuracy and cost efficiency
• Ensure fit & size meet H&Ms quality sustainability and compliance standards
• Support regional insights by identifying fit risks and proposing solutions early in the development process.
• Strong knowledge of technical solutions construction fit and grading
• Work with suppliers globally to ensure pattern execution and construction accuracy in production

• You are a skilled Pattern Maker with strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
• You have a collaborative approach and communicate clearly across functions and cultures
• You are solutionoriented detaildriven and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
• You are passionate about making fashion accessible relevant and wellfitted
• Experience with US market fit standards is highly valued
