Business Development and Sales Manager

Job Summary
- Prospect new customers and develop new opportunities with existing clients
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Promote the Companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Lead important new/strategic projects and act as the reference person
- Establish monitor and coordinate timely action plans taking into consideration positive and negative deviations from target
- Lead the process to establish a mid-term strategy and a yearly budget focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Represent the SGS Health Sciences R&D/QC in conventions exhibitions professional associations (etc.)
- Collaborate with other SGS sites and with the Global Health Science Drug development team to develop a growth strategy
- Sell Health Science Drug services utilizing the strength of the business infrastructure and resources
- Enhance businesss presence and market share by managing the existing and new clients
- To sell and lead the roll out of new products developed by the business
Qualifications :
- Bsc/Msc diploma or equivalent in a science discipline (e.g. analytical chemistry biochemistry).
- Basic knowledge of the activities of a GMP contract service lab and/or the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of the analytical testing services required throughout the entire drug development lifecycle from preclinical stages to commercial release would be a plus.
- About 5 years sales experience in the Health Science Industry .
