Job Description:
This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria partnering with designers to develop client journeys refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.

Candidate will support the Consumer Investments and Retirement Digital team with a large-scale initiatives and small enhancements geared toward optimizing our overall platform. The candidate will lead and manage advice planning and retirement projects geared toward providing our clients with a seamless personalized experience and innovative digital offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers world-class digital software solutions meets business and client needs and manages timing budget and scope constraints

  • Owns operational routines governance and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the banks digital solutions

  • Oversees governance risk management use of data and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level

  • Manages project planning sprint and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles

  • Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes

  • Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank ensure successful delivery of assigned work and secure ongoing support for owned features

  • Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle

  • Successfully leverage Product Management skills to understand business key metrics and goals how to drive those results (increased revenue cost savings and risk reduction) and lead the digital initiative execution strategy to drive those results

  • Collaborates with line of business and chief experience teams to outline overall strategy and prioritization of features and deliverables

  • Tap into competitive analysis and intel to keep the digital first motto thriving

  • Lead vendor integration related initiatives to ensure it aligns with digital vision

  • Facilitate efforts to optimize the planning retirement associate advisor and middle office processes

  • Lead project communication process including developing internal/external communication and training

  • Experience setting up automations leveraging AI and systematizing data to drive efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years working with financial services products and accounts

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technology individuals at all levels including the executive level

  • Ability to establish strong relationships and build consensus with key business partners

  • Ability to quickly understand and comprehend complex scenarios while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to accept process and react to changes in direction and scope

  • Self-starter proactive and independent

  • Proficient user of MS PowerPoint Excel and Word

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years proven strong project management experience

  • 5 plus years of business analysis and requirements writing experience

  • 2 years of online/ mobile /website experience

  • Understanding of one or more of the following LOBs: Consumer Investments Retirement

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles

  • Undergraduate Degree

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay range

$115000.00 - $161400.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
