Senior Manager People Systems
As we continue to expand our operations and embracetechnological advancements we are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Manager of People Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidatehas the demonstrated ability to provide overall direction and effectivelymanage information technology and computing systems/software associated withpeople and workforce management systems. They should also be capable ofevaluating complex business and technical requirements while formulating clearconcise documentation. Successful candidates will be strong team players ableto work independently and have experience managing people. Experience in thehospitality or retail industry Master Data Management and Business ProcessModeling is a plus.

What Youll Do:
- Play critical role in overseeing the planning development implementation and maintenance of our organizations enterprise-wide systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams manage system integration projects and ensure the optimal performance and security of our technology infrastructure.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people systems strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for technology driven improvements and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals responsible for the design development and maintenance of people systems.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture promoting continuous learning and development.
- Oversee the planning execution and delivery of enterprise-wide system integration projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with project teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Evaluate select and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance people system capabilities.
- Ensure the seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications.
- Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address performance issues in systems.
- Continuously assess and optimize system performance to meet or exceed defined service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to establish and enforce security and technology protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee and manage contracts budgets and vendors associated with people systems.
- Ensure issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in timely manner including root cause analysis.
- Ensure work is completed in such a way to comply with established IT processes and internal controls (i.e. change management production control following standards architecture review incident response PCI and PII information security etc. Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind.
- Effectively communicate goals priorities and action items to direct reports; actively give feedback on progress updates
- Conduct impactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization
- Create opportunities for Team Members to grow in their roles and progress into higher roles in the organization
- Execute effective decision-making skills to lead team to succeed
- Oversee innovative solutions proposed by direct reports

The Qualifications:
- 7 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) software experience required. UKG Pro expertise strongly preferred either HCM and/or WFM.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing People and Workforce Management systems in a complex organization.
- Proven ability to write comprehensive clear and concise business requirements documents and user stories.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical management information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data integrations.
- Proven ability to assess complex business requirements and to lead requirements and design definition sessions to facilitate the development of effective business solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture system integration and emerging technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to communicate verbally to technical and non-technical audiences and at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of Business Process Modeling.
- Detail-oriented mindset self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Solid knowledge of Office products (Word Excel Power Point Visio).
- Adherence to change management and documentation standards.
- Ability to mentor and lead training sessions on software applications for end users of all skill sets.
- Some experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
- Occasional Travel Required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Must be able to identify analyze and assess details.
- For certain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively.
- Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations as applicable.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
