Automotive Service Manager

Valenti Chrysler Dodge Jeep Inc is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in Mystic CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service operation ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving service department profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and lead the service team to achieve performance objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service standards.
• Oversee scheduling job assignments and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Implement company policies and procedures within the service department.
• Manage repair orders and warranty claims processing.
• Collaborate with sales and parts departments to support dealership goals.
• Develop and train service staff to improve productivity and technical skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive service operations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
