Assignment Product Owner / Business Analyst (Mobile Law Enforcement Applications)

Mission

We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen the existing team (currently composed of Product Owners and an Incident/Technical Coordinator). The role combines product ownership business analysis and change management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• End-to-end functional and business ownership of assigned applications
• Single point of contact for users and stakeholders
• Collect analyse and translate business needs into clear requirements
• Align with external product/vendor Product Owner
• Provide regular reporting to program management

Business Analysis

• Support definition and analysis of new modules and features
• Model AS-IS / TO-BE processes (BPMN)
• Conduct impact analyses (legal security technical)
• Coordinate with internal and external development teams
• Act as bridge between business IT and security stakeholders

Change Management & Support

• Support end users in adoption of tools and new features
• Deliver trainings and information sessions
• Maintain documentation and communication materials
• Handle second-line support and user communication

Practical Information

• Duration: until 31/12/2026 (renewable)
• Full-time (40h/week)
• Location: Brussels (on-site minimum 2 days/week hybrid model)
