Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers through various communication channels including phone email and in-person interactions
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products services and policies to effectively assist customers
- Process customer orders payments and returns accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve customers
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
