HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting four seasoned highly skilled Mazak - CNC Machinists on behalf of a valued client partner in the precision medical device manufacturing sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Mazak - CNC Machinist opportunities.

We are seeking dependable machinists with hands-on Mazak experience who can maintain production flow hold tight tolerances and produce precision components in a regulated quality-driven environment. These positions require strong blueprint reading ability inspection discipline and a production-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Mazak CNC lathes machining centers or multi-axis equipment in a production environment
• Produce precision components while maintaining quality and throughput expectations
• Read and interpret blueprints process sheets and work instructions accurately
• Inspect finished parts using calipers micrometers gauges and related measuring tools
• Monitor tool wear offsets and machine performance throughout production runs
• Support setup changes tooling adjustments and changeovers as needed
• Run one or multiple machines depending on workflow demands
• Maintain organized workstations and follow safety / quality procedures
• Communicate production or quality concerns promptly to leadership

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• 13 years of CNC machining experience in production settings
• Direct experience operating Mazak CNC equipment preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills
• Experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts with precision measuring tools
• Ability to monitor offsets tooling and machine consistency
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
• Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shift schedule
• Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience with Mazatrol controls
• Background in medical device aerospace or regulated manufacturing
• Experience with 5-axis Mazak or Integrex equipment
• Ability to assist with setups and changeovers
• Multi-machine operation experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
• CNC programming exposure is a plus

• No CNC machining production experience
• No Mazak experience or no ability to learn Mazak platforms quickly
• No blueprint reading capability
• No precision measurement experience
• Poor attendance or unstable work history
• Frequent job changes without clear rationale or progression

HireNow Package

• Base Pay: $25.00 $35.00 per hour
• Openings / Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 1 opening 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2 openings 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 1 opening 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • Weekend Shift Option: Three 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours paid for 40)
