We are seeking a dependable detail-oriented production professional who enjoys hands-on finishing work requiring precision consistency and strong manual dexterity. This role focuses on polishing finishing and assembling precision components while maintaining strict quality standards in a regulated climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Polish and finish precision medical components to required specifications
• Perform detailed hand-finishing using small tools and precision techniques
• Assemble multi-component parts as required by production schedules
• Maintain strict quality standards and inspection expectations
• Follow written work instructions procedures and documented processes
• Keep workstation clean organized and compliant with facility standards
• Support production flow while meeting daily output goals
• Handle components carefully to avoid defects or damage
• Communicate production or quality concerns promptly to supervisors

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 13 years of experience in manufacturing mechanical assembly or production environments
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
• Ability to perform repetitive detail-focused tasks consistently
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards accurately
• Ability to maintain a clean organized workstation
• Strong reliability and attendance record
• Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Experience in precision manufacturing or machine shop environments

HireNow Package

• Base Pay: $18.00 $24.00 per hour
• Shift Options:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
  • Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (work 36 hours paid for 40)
• Work Location: Onsite West Chester Pennsylvania
• Relocation Assistance: Considered case by case
• Benefits: Uniforms and safety equipment provided; overtime available based on production demand
