Job Summary
Head of Engineering
Role Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Head to serve as the technical authority for our company in the US market.
This role is ideal for a Principal Engineer / Engineering Lead from a transmission line
design background capable of leading design developing local solutions and
representing the company in technical discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership (Core)
Lead transmission line engineering design (concept FEED detailed design)
Develop localized solutions based on E-MAGE technologies (CICA HTMS
conductors)
Ensure technical feasibility reliability and compliance
2. Local Engineering Capability Development
Identify evaluate and manage US-based engineering design partners
Build a reliable and scalable local engineering ecosystem
Coordinate internal and external engineering resources across project phases
3. Client-Facing Technical Engagement
Represent E-MAGE in technical discussions with utilities developers and
consultants
Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a value-driven manner
Support project acquisition through technical credibility
Qualifications
Strong background in transmission line engineering design
Experience with NERC / IEEE / NESC standards
Ideally licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the US
Experience as Engineering Lead / Principal Engineer
Strong communication skills with ability to engage clients and stakeholders
