Position: Management Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75$83/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on management problems.
• Produce original problem sets using organizational charts strategic frameworks financial statements and operational diagrams.
• Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput.
• Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• PhD in Management Organizational Behavior or Strategy or MBA or MS in Management with 3 years applied consulting or academic experience or BA/BS in Business or related field with 5 years industry or research experience.
• Working fluency in at least two of: strategy organizational behavior operations corporate finance marketing management.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts strategic frameworks financial statements and operational diagrams.
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
