The Role: Emergency Veterinarian
Join a collaborative high-performing team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose stabilize and treat emergency cases

• Perform emergency surgeries as needed

• Utilize digital X-ray ultrasound and in-house lab resources

• Communicate clearly with pet families and referring veterinarians

• Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff

• Maintain thorough and timely medical records

• Stay current with continuing education and best practices

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent with active FL or TX license

• 1 year ER experience preferred

• Strong diagnostic surgical and communication skills

• Calm collaborative mindset under pressure

• Commitment to compassionate high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $200K

• Production Bonus: 21 - 23% (paid monthly)

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week (12-hour day or night shifts)
