Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility function and quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention
Candidate Requirements
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
New graduates are encouraged to apply
