Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in McKinney Texas. This opportunity is well-suited for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced productivity-driven environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment effective communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse orthopedic caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility function and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention

Candidate Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Strong interpersonal organizational and time management skills
