Job Description
Plan lead and manage complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery.
Define project scope objectives deliverables milestones timelines and success criteria.
Coordinate activities across multiple departments technology teams vendors and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk logs and status reports.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing dependencies risks and resource constraints.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues risks and change requests.
Facilitate governance activities including steering committees status reviews and executive updates.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards methodologies and compliance requirements.
Manage budget tracking resource allocation and vendor performance (as applicable).
Support transition to operations including documentation knowledge transfer and postimplementation reviews.
Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.
