Job Description

NoCatch 22 supporting a publicsector estates team with a shortterm GIS Technician requirement to deliver aGIS project in the centre of Manchester.

19.2321.98 per hour
35 hours per week (Mon Fri)
ASAP start - 3month contract (to July)
Hybrid 23 days in office / rest from home

The Role

Support delivery of a Digital Twin using GIS data
Build maintain and validate estatesrelated GIS datasets
Produce visual analytics reports and dashboards
Work across ArcGIS AutoCAD Revit and Power BI
Carry out onsite surveys to verify estate information

Ideal Candidate

GIS degree or equivalent 3-5 years industry experience
Strong ArcGIS experience essential
Experience working with builtenvironment / estates data
Confident querying and handling complex datasets
Detailfocused and comfortable with tight project timelines
Able to work on a temporary basis and start immediately
