Outside of work they can be found hunting fishing attending community sporting events coaching their kids team or tending to their own garden/landscaping. They are motivated by the satisfaction of a job well done the desire to provide for their family and the commitment to never let their teammates down. They want to grow into a leader taking advantage of career development opportunities and proving themselves in a company that values honesty innovation knowledge efficiency and relationships.
