Finance & Insurance Manager Melloy Chevrolet (Los Lunas NM)

Melloy Auto Group is a family-owned dealership serving New Mexico for over 60 years. Were looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can produce protect the deal and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is a performance role. Youre responsible for profitability compliance and making sure every deal is clean funded and completed the right way.

Youll be working with Chevrolet customers in a high-volume environment where both results and customer satisfaction matter.

What Youll Do

• Present financing and protection products clearly and professionally
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining customer trust
• Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals efficiently
• Ensure all contracts paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate
• Manage contracts in transit (CIT) and ensure timely funding
• Maintain strong CSI/NPS through a transparent customer-focused process
• Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations
• Work closely with sales managers to finalize and deliver deals
• Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a dealership
• Strong knowledge of dealership finance lender programs and compliance
• Ability to structure and close deals consistently
• Deep understanding of contracts titling and registration processes
• Strong attention to detail (no missed signatures no funding delays)
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Valid drivers license
