LRS Consulting is on the hunt for a Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing developing enhancing and supporting business applications while partnering with cross functional teams to deliver reliable high quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and end-users to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design develop test and maintain applications using Java C# .NET Python SQL or similar technologies
• Analyze and improve existing systems and processes
• Create technical documentation and support testing efforts prior to UAT
• Provide application support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with development business and IT teams to resolve issues

Required skills:

• 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or Software Engineer
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java C# .NET Python or C
• Experience with SQL and relational databases including MySQL Oracle or SQL Server
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices
• Experience using development and collaboration tools such as Git Jira Visual Studio or Eclipse
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Oracle and PL/SQL
• Web frameworks (.NET MVC Bootstrap)
• APIs and data integration
• Exposure to mobile platforms ETL tools ERP systems RPA or modern app frameworks

The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $43.00 per hour depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
