Job Summary
Introduction to the job
We are looking for a strong and proactive leader to join our Production Planning (PP) team as a Group Lead successor. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by balancing demand and supply driving planning performance and enabling cross-functional alignment across manufacturing program and supply chain teams.
The position requires strong leadership structured thinking and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment with high complexity and ambiguity.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Production Planning team to ensure stable delivery performance and operational efficiency
- Drive demand & supply alignment and secure output while maintaining quality and cycle time performance
- Own and improve planning processes (WOW) including master planning capacity planning and escalation management
- Act as a key interface between Manufacturing Program (NPI) Supply Chain and other stakeholders
- Identify risks in capacity materials and execution and proactively propose mitigation plans
- Enable data-driven decision making through analysis scenario simulation and performance tracking
- Support organizational development including coaching team members and building future successors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency transparency and scalability
Education and experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Operations Management or related field
- 5 years of experience in production planning operations or supply chain environment
- Experience in semiconductor high-tech manufacturing or complex assembly environment is preferred
- Proven experience in leading teams or project leadership is a plus

- Strong ownership and decision-making capability
- Experience with planning tools ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analysis (Excel dashboards)
