Production Worker

Mission

Ensure stable efficient and safe operation of the production process and warehouse infrastructure including the sorting line maintaining high quality standards in the manufacturing and preparation of parcel lockers for deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Practical hands-on experience performing production operations with consistency accuracy and attention to quality.
• Ability to work with production tools equipment and manufacturing devices safely and effectively.
• Experience in quality control (QC) and incoming inspection
• Experience with product quality control including identifying defects following standards and maintaining output quality.
• Forklift operation experience (will be an advantage)
• Ability to maintain an organized clean and efficient work area in line with operational and safety expectations.
• Ability to follow instructions production processes and quality procedures with discipline and consistency.
• Working knowledge of Jira as a required tool for coordination tracking or related production support activities.
• Languages: Russian / Ukrainian; English and Italian are a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations in the assigned manufacturing area or on the production line for parcel locker systems.
• Carry out production and warehouse tasks related to the preparation handling and movement of parcel locker systems.
• Conduct incoming quality control checks including inspection and re-checking of delivered parts components and finished units.
• Coordinate the team involved in checking new product batches and preparing them for further processing.
• Ensure proper packaging of parcel lockers for safe transportation and further distribution to client locations.
• Monitor warehouse organization stock placement and the overall condition of storage areas.
• Maintain proper storage and tracking of spare parts and components used for parcel locker service and maintenance.
• Operate tools production equipment and warehouse machinery in line with internal procedures.
• Operate a forklift when required provided the necessary license/category and relevant experience are available.
• Identify quality issues report discrepancies and support corrective actions when needed.
• Follow health safety and operational standards at all stages of work.
• Maintain cleanliness order and discipline in the working area.

• Reduce errors during receiving inspection packaging and shipment processes.
• Ensure timely preparation packaging and dispatch of parcel lockers to client locations.
• Support proper warehouse organization stock accuracy and safe storage of service spare parts.
• Minimize downtime and contribute to continuous improvement of production and warehouse efficiency.

• Standard schedule: 5/2
• Full-time onsite position
