Job Summary
The mission of the Payments Senior Specialist is to ensure that payments are made timely accurately respecting company policies and compliance.
What you will do
- Process payments daily (manual batch payroll taxes cash pooling) with compliance and deadlines.
- Provide proof of payments research historical activities and provide supporting documentation on request.
- Forecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany).
- Support answers to audit queries provide assistance and support to other teams.
- Participate to project and automation development.
- Investigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments.
- Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
What you need
Required:
- Degree in Business and Administration Finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum1yearofrelevant working experience in Accounts payable or Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control concepts.
Preferred:
- Experience in payments/cash management
- Familiar with USGAAP
- Experience in a multinational or shared service center
