Support student achievement by serving as a coach and collaborator for LEA partners throughout the continuous improvement process.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:
1. Masters degree in education and/or content area of concentration.
2. Four years successful teaching experience.
3. Appropriate licensure from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
4. Experience in curriculum development school improvement organizational development or related activity.
5. Experience providing best practice professional development to support school improvement.
6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board/Administration may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary & Benefits

Full-time 190 days/year
