What Youll Do
As our Customer Care Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients and smooth operations for our caregiving team.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Customer Care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Support new client intake and explain our services to prospective families
Scheduling & Staffing
- Schedule caregivers to meet client needs efficiently
- Ensure proper care coverage while minimizing overtime
- Match caregivers with clients based on compatibility and care needs
Office & Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly
- Assist with payroll maintenance and daily administrative tasks
- Prepare reports records and operational documentation
Compliance & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with office staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all local state and federal regulations
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferredORMinimum of 2 years of experience in customer care management or healthcare office customer service management
Must Have
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in home care scheduling
- Staffing experience in a healthcare setting
