Trademark Associate Attorney (47 Years)

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney (47 years) to join its trademark and advertising team in Charlotte.

This is a strong opportunity to work with national and international brands on high-level trademark and advertising matters within a collaborative fast-growing platform.

The Role

Advise clients on trademark clearance prosecution and enforcement
Handle advertising claims review and label compliance
Support advertising-related disputes
Collaborate with clients to protect and manage valuable IP assets
Work closely with a national team on complex brand strategies

Ideal Background

47 years of trademark and advertising experience
Experience representing large brand owners
Strong background in:
- trademark clearance & prosecution
- enforcement matters
- advertising review and disputes
Prior large law firm experience preferred
Strong academic credentials and writing skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Compensation

$310000 $420000 base salary depending on experience
Bonus eligible
