Job Summary
part time $17-20/hrPosition Summary Under general supervision maintains a clean working environment for all employees and visitors. performing routine maintenance activities notifying management of need for repairs and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk. Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Service clean disinfect and supply restrooms and lunchroom. Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming them. Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors shampooing rugs washing walls and glass and removing garbage Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners sponges and squeegees. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment or building such as replacing light bulbs fixing doors painting etc. Responsible for knowing and following all environmental health and safety rules policies and procedures for work area and takes responsibility to assure that personal work activity is conducted in such a way so as to not affect the safety of themselves or others. All other duties as assigned.
