Customer Service Representataive

Are you a Customer Service Representative looking to join an in-house sales team who sells award-winning products nationwide Ultradent a global name in oral health care is a good place for you! We are currently seeking experienced talented Customer Service Representative to work remotely (but will be required to come to headquarters for live trainings) for our in-house customer service team. The shift will be Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $22.25/hour.

Following are the job responsibilities:

• Manage high volume of customer service calls with a focus on sales
• Cross Selling/Up Selling to and educating customers on products through inbound calls
• Providing technical support to customers on product related questions
• Work closely with our outside sales force

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• A POSITIVE CAN DO ATTITUDE!
• Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic math and computer skills

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal
• Dental industry background is a plus
