Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Health Registered Nurse youll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients homes creating individualized care plans administering medications educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $36.69 - $58.71 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional nursing experience.

• Must have RN License within the State of Maryland RN License

• Home Care Experience Required

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program BSN preferred.

• Strong computer and technology skills required.

• Must have current Drivers license and reliable transportation.
