Work Schedule:

100% FTE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm every third Saturday 8 am - 5 pm. You will work at UW Health Charles St. Clinic 2550 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/College. Required
BSN. Preferred

Work Experience

At least one year professional nurse experience within the last five years in an acute care setting. Required
One year of experience in home care and hospital discharge planning. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Valid RN license. Required
Valid State drivers license. Required
