Deine Rolle

Als (Senior) Medical Affairs Manager Vaccines (m/f/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der medizinischwissenschaftlichen Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Strategie mit Fokus auf unseren Herpes zoster-Impfstoff. Du vertrittst GSK als glaubwürdige wissenschaftliche Stimme nach außen und arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams und internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Du bringst medizinische und wissenschaftliche Expertise ein um die strategische Ausrichtung unseres Herpes zosterImpfstoffs hinweg zu prägen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit MSLs Commercial Data Generation Market Access und globalen Schnittstellen zusammen.

Diese beinhalten:

• Medizinische Verantwortung für den Herpes zoster-Impfstoff inklusive Mitgestaltung der medizinischen Strategie sowie deren Planung und Umsetzung
• Medizinische Leitung der integrierten Business und MedicalPlanung sowie übergreifender strategischer Initiativen
• Medizinischwissenschaftliche Prüfung und Freigabe von Materialien unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer und Compliancerelevanter Anforderungen
• Planung Durchführung und inhaltliche Gestaltung von Advisory Boards sowie Medical EducationAktivitäten wie Kongresssymposien
• Unterstützung der Evidenzgenerierung einschließlich der Interpretation klinischer und Krankheitslast-Studien sowie Einbindung von Real World Evidence (RWE)
• Kontinuierliche Bewertung relevanter Literatur Leitlinien (z.B. STIKO) und wissenschaftlicher Entwicklungen im Bereich Herpes zoster und Impfprävention

Deine Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Hochschulstudium z.B. Medizin Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften bevorzugt mit Promotion
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs Clinical Development oder ähnliche in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bevorzugt im Indikationsgebiet Immunologie Infektiologie oder Impfstoffe
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Interpretation und Kommunikation klinischer Daten
• Wissenschaftliche Expertise und umfassende Produktkenntnisse im Therapiegebiet sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für das deutsche Gesundheitssystem
• Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit komplexe medizinische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht klar und überzeugend zu vermitteln
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen und KITools Datenquellen und OmnichannelAnsätzen
• Strategisches Denken hohe Eigeninitiative und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
