Were looking for a compassionate driven Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality patient-centered care across the Chicago Southland region.

Service Areas Include:

  • Tinley Park

  • Aurora

  • Joliet

  • Naperville

  • Surrounding communities

This is a home health roletravel between patient homes is required.

What Youll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech language and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care

  • Perform OASIS assessments and ongoing re-evaluations

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Educate patients and caregivers for continued success at home

  • Ensure accurate timely documentation

What Youll Need

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Illinois SLP license (unrestricted)
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Valid drivers license reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within coverage area

You will report to the Branch Director Clinical Manager Clinical Supervisor or designee.
