Claims Operations Manager

Job Description:

Were looking for a driven and experienced Claims Operations Manager to lead and elevate performance across our Workers Compensation claims function.

In this pivotal leadership role youll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day claims operations driving performance outcomes and ensuring a high standard of service delivery for injured workers and stakeholders. Youll play a key role in shaping strategy building team capability and fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

What youll be doing:

• Leading coaching and developing across our Front End Operations (including 9 claims teams eligibility disputes and legal and supporting teams) to deliver strong outcomes

• Driving operational performance across key metrics including RTW outcomes compliance and customer experience

• Providing technical oversight and guidance on complex claims matters

• Partnering with internal stakeholders including Legal Underwriting and Injury Management teams

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Ensuring adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements
