CrewSELECT are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial plumbing and hydraulic projects valued between $500K and $3M across a diverse range of sectors including commercial industrial government health education and mixed-use developments.

This is a key role responsible for managing projects from award through to completion ensuring delivery is on time within budget and aligned with client expectations while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

The Role

• Manage multiple plumbing and hydraulic projects from pre-start through to handover
• Develop and manage project programs budgets and procurement schedules
• Coordinate labour subcontractors suppliers and materials
• Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Lead site meetings progress meetings and client reviews
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget

Commercial Responsibilities

• Manage budgets forecasts and cost reporting
• Track and manage variations progress claims and subcontractor claims
• Review contracts scopes and project documentation
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Drive project profitability while maintaining delivery standards

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients builders and consultants
• Liaise with head contractors and key stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and clients
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and site safety requirements
• Promote and maintain safe work practices across all projects
• Ensure works meet Australian Standards and hydraulic specifications
• Participate in site audits and safety reviews

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead Supervisors Site Managers and site teams
• Mentor junior staff and support development
• Foster a high-performance accountable team culture
• Work closely with estimating operations and accounts teams

What Were Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial plumbing or hydraulic services
• Experience delivering projects valued between $500K $3M
• Strong understanding of commercial construction environments
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and hydraulic services
• Strong commercial and cost-control experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Current WA Drivers Licence

Desirable

• Plumbing trade background
• Cert IV Diploma or Degree in Construction / Project Management
• Experience with simPRO or similar systems
• Relevant site tickets (White Card EWP Working at Heights)
