Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
- Management and Accounting for the AP/AR functions
- Maintenance of the General Ledger
- Maintenance & Reconciliation of the Fixed Assets Register
- Prepare and submit monthly BAS Returns to ATO
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare month end journals
- Assist with Payroll for AU and PNG (Working with external provider)
- Provide management with relevant information and reports as required including variance analysis.
- Support process improvements.
- Other ad hoc accounting and /or admin activities
- Experience in group consolidation and Xero is desirable.
