Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Rehoboth Beach DE area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Pay: $65000 - $75000 Base Salary Incentive Plan

Requirements

  • 2 years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
  • Sales relationship development or customer service experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work well in a team environment independent thought and critical thinking business acumen and an internal motivation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursues new leads generated by existing client base digital campaigns and tradeshows.
  • Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining
  • Connect with decision-makers via phone and email
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
  • Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients
  • Recommend additional services to current clients
  • Develop and implement relationship-building programs (e.g. site meetings lunch & learns etc.)
  • Perform physical tasks such as driving walking on steep slopes bending and kneeling
