Were seeking someone who leads by example adapts to evolving sales practices and knows how to motivate a team to perform at a high level while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Recruit train coach and lead a team of automotive sales professionals
Set clear sales goals monitor performance and drive results that meet and exceed targets
Lead and support customer prospecting and follow-up efforts
Assist with overcoming objections closing deals and ensuring adherence to company sales processes
Provide ongoing training mentorship and desk support to maximize team success
What Were Looking For:
Prior sales management experience or a consistent record as a top-performing sales consultant
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
A hands-on positive leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to modern sales tools processes and customer expectation
