As a Sales Executive for the Customs Division youll be assigned to one of these brands at the start (matched to your background strengths and the teams current priorities. From day one youre on a defined career track: we have an established progression framework with clear milestones tied to compensation increases and commission upgrades so you always know exactly what the next level looks like and what it takes to get there. Clients like SpaceX Disney Netflix and Google have already bought from us. This role is built for a complete sales professional: someone who can convert a warm inbound lead with the same precision they use to open a cold account from scratch.
The Opportunity
Youll run a dual-motion sales desk: managing a consistent flow of qualified inbound leads while simultaneously prospecting into target accounts. Depending on your assigned brand your buyer universe spans marketing agencies brand activation teams and enterprise marketing departments all the way through to hotels resorts restaurants water parks and hospitality groups investing in branded guest experiences.

What Youll Do
Inbound Conversion
Manage and convert a consistent flow of inbound leads through a sharp consultative discovery process
Guide clients through the full sales cycle from needs assessment to proposal negotiation and close
Understand the need and objectives and propose custom solutions for your clients
Outbound Prospecting
Identify and open new accounts within your brands target verticals which may include marketing agencies experiential event firms and enterprise brand teams as well as hotels resorts restaurants water parks and hospitality businesses investing in custom-branded experiences
Build and execute outbound sequences via email LinkedIn and phone personalized to the prospects industry and campaign calendar
Convert self-sourced leads at a high rate by bringing the same consultative discipline you apply to inbound
Pipeline & Performance
Maintain a clean accurate CRM pipeline (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive) with consistent logging forecasting and deal stage discipline
Collaborate with design and production teams to bring client concepts to life and accelerate deal timelines
Feed market and lead quality insights back to the team to sharpen targeting and messaging
Who are we Looking for
Must-Haves 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle sales experience (both inbound and outbound) Proven ability to self-generate pipeline not just work assigned leads Strong conversion discipline: you know your close rate you know why deals slip and you fix it Comfortable opening cold accounts AND converting warm leads at a high rate Tight CRM hygiene: pipeline is always accurate stages are always current Confidently engaging marketing directors brand managers and senior decision-makers Self-directed and accountable in a fully remote environment
| Strong Differentiators Background in experiential marketing branded merchandise events or creative production Experience selling custom or made-to-order products with a design and production component Proficiency with outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Outreach or similar History of $20K deal closings with short high-velocity cycles Ability to read a creative brief and turn it into a compelling proposal quickly
