Job Description:

As a Customer Success Coordinator at Extract Wellness you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer onboarding process is smooth and efficient.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify any issues or potential escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on various CBD products.
  • Assist in developing customer retention strategies and programs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CBD products and wellness industry.

Desired Experience:
