As a Customer Success Coordinator at Extract Wellness you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer onboarding process is smooth and efficient.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify any issues or potential escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on various CBD products.
- Assist in developing customer retention strategies and programs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of CBD products and wellness industry.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or customer success role.
