Job Description: Call Center Representative at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hemp-based CBD products to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders resolving issues and answering product-related questions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center role
- Knowledge of CBD products or the wellness industry is a plus
