Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Controller Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial data ensuring compliance and assisting with reporting and control. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a strong foundation in financial control and corporate accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Collection cleaning and checking data accuracy.
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports.
• Assist in controlling automation projects to improve internal processes.
• Generation and update of internal manuals related to processes and finance tools.
• Maintenance of reports in the FP&A tool.
• Support for the month-end numbers calculation.
• Manage confidential information.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERPs will be valued.
• Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP basic formulas).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused under tight schedules.
• Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach.
• Organized and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Passion for online business and new technologies.
