What Youll Do
As a Talent Operations Assistant you will serve as the key link between our recruiters and our clients. Your role is essential in ensuring only qualified and well-matched candidates are presented to our clients quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing candidate submissions from recruiters
Performing quality checks and basic pre-screening
Matching candidates to open roles based on client criteria
Submitting selected profiles to clients with speed and precision
Keeping trackers and systems organized and up-to-date
Collaborating with recruiters and account managers for feedback and updates
Ensuring every candidate is accurately represented and submitted on time
What Were Looking For
Experience in recruitment or administrative support (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets ATS tools and digital platforms
Detail-oriented with a fast work pace and sense of urgency
Independent and self-managed yet collaborative
