Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive inclusive and high-performance culture across all subsidiaries.

  • Champion diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Design and implement employee engagement recognition and wellbeing programs.

  • Handle employee relations grievances and conflict resolution.

  • Lead the performance management cycle including goal setting feedback and evaluation.

  • Coach line managers on employee development and feedback practices.

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and implement learning & development plans.

  • Identify and develop high-potential employees; support succession planning.

  • Manage leadership development and capability-building programs.

  • Partner with the recruitment team on attraction onboarding and retention strategies.

  • Ensure onboarding reinforces company culture and performance standards.

  • Provide workforce analytics and insights to guide retention and engagement strategies.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and internal equity reviews.

  • Manage compensation frameworks and ensure fairness and consistency.

  • Oversee employee wellbeing and work-life balance initiatives.

  • Supervise HR operations including payroll HRIS and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law QFC regulations and company policies.

  • Keep HR policies and employee handbooks updated.

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards on key metrics and KPIs.

  • Support leadership in organization design workforce planning and change management.

  • Promote continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.

  • Align HR initiatives with operational and strategic business goals.

  • Contribute to group-wide HR strategies frameworks and leadership development projects.

  • Lead strategic programs such as succession planning and future workforce readiness.

  • Prepare and present weekly monthly and quarterly HR performance and strategic reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (required).

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in performance management engagement and talent development.

  • Prior experience in a group or multi-business environment within Qatar or GCC preferred.

  • Proven record of implementing HR programs that improved culture retention and performance.

  • Strong knowledge of Qatar employment laws and HR compliance.

  • Proficiency in HRMS systems HR analytics and Microsoft Office tools.
