Lead the Charge in Wichitas Roofing Market!
The Air Capital needs a roofing leader who can soar! Were expanding our operations in Wichita and need a Market Leader who can build train and inspire a top-tier roofing team.
Were Seeking:
- Proven leadership experience in residential roofing or related field
- Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns and appropriate roofing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities and customer-focused approach
- Physical ability to work on rooftops and in various weather conditions
Total Compensation:
- Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure
- Partial health insurance premium coverage

Requirements:
