Are you a proven leader ready to build something exceptional in Nebraskas capital Were seeking a dynamic Market Leader to establish and grow our residential roofing operations in Lincoln and surrounding areas.
What Youll Do:
- Recruit hire and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
- Manage team performance safety protocols and professional development
- Build relationships with local suppliers contractors and community leaders

Requirements:
