Production Standards
Average 710 vehicle recoveries/locations per week
Maintain 100000 LPR scans monthly
Demonstrate consistent productivity across assigned zones
Deliver strong follow-up results on previously worked accounts
Performance Standards

Base Pay
Starting salary: $40000 annually
Incentive Pay
$30 commission per completed recovered vehicle
Expected Earnings
Based on production expectations projected annual compensation is:
$50000 $60000 annually (salary commission)
